Our company provides a full range of accounting and financial management expertise and services at very competitive hourly rates. We are, in essence, an accounting department for hire. Since 1975 we've done a great deal of work with a variety of small business firms and not-for-profit organizations. including tax return preparation for individuals, we presently work with over 400 clients each year.

For our small business and not-for-profit clients, we:

• Set up accounting systems and records.
• Select and train client staff to handle those systems and records, or, where our clients prefer, maintain those systems and records.
• Provide the financial reports and information needed to run businesses profitably.
• Prepare required tax returns and regulatory filings and provide associated IRS and other representation.
• Assist in negotiating bank loans and credit lines, general and employee insurance coverage and pension and other employee benefit plans.
• Provide financial and administrative consultation and advice.
